Murder in Little Shendon

A.H. Richardson introduces to the mystery-loving public a pair of clever, colorful and charismatic sleuths, Sir Victor Hazlitt and Beresford Brandon.  These two old friends, both of whom whom hail from very different walks of life, put their not inconsiderable talents together for the purposes of solving two vicious murders in this tiny picturesque village.  Sir Victor is the tall lean retired diplomat, a jack-of-all-trades, and master of many, and his charming and winsome sidekick,Beresford Brandon, a noted bearded and chunky Shakespearian actor, whose father was a famous detective.  Between them, they bring forth a plethora of different talents designed to entertain and delight the reader – in the final analysis, even a merciless killer cannot escape their grasp.  This is a Hazlitt/Brandon mystery.
